 ???
ATF agents came to my door today. Funny thing is it wasn't about firearms.  ::)

It was about me buying large amounts of  sugar, flour, corn and yeast. hahaha.......... :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

maybe it was the truck i was driving?

No search warrant as it was not enough evidence for one as I was told ,  but a "friendly visit".

Next time, ask them if they'd be open to having you come to their homes and rummage through their personal belongings first. 

If they ask why, tell them with all the bad press the Cops are getting, you want to make sure they are of good character before letting them into your house without a warrant.

Only stayed on the porch, chatted for less than 5 min.  They didn't even mention our NFA items, I'm guessing completely different dept. from the firearm section.

ATF agents has the right to enter your house and perform an inspection  without a warrant if the address has NFA items.

If they identified themselves as ATF agents I must let them in to inspect the listed NFA items without any objections. NFA items opens your home to ATF at any time.
But FBI, Local PD, sheriffs, and other LEO depts must obtain a legal warrant.

Good to know, always so educational Suka, although we don't really have to worry since it's extremely hard to obtain NFA items.  Another bullshit clause imo, "sure you can buy this suppressor but we can enter your home at any time."  Seems counter productive.

You are subject to the same inspections by ATF if you have a Class 03 FFL.
