I've been thinking about getting/making one of these.

They're nice.

I thought it was pretty cool.

Just installed the Sabra Lightning Bow Trigger... Damn, talk about a huge difference!   Pull, break, etc. is now comparable, well pretty much the same as my Super SCAR trigger.   Gotta take the Tavor to Vegas soon me thinks ;)

went to the Shooting fair today and got some time with the Tavor (at 1 dollar a round.   ouch)

I finally get the hype.  didnt like the trigger, but i've never felt something so...natural.  everything just feels like where it naturally should be.  the handguard placement, the trigger placement.  it feels so right.  and that thing recoils lighter than any other 5.56 rifle i've ever shot (various AR-15's and my Sig 556).  its barely there.  and it feels incredibly light.

i still prefer my Sig (its just a more forceful gun, and i like that experience.  im not about to go into combat, so...), but damn, that rifle is nice.

Last year, I went to the Shooting Fair at KHSC and tried out the KSG and UTAS pump 12 ga shotguns.  I'd watched and read many reviews, and had pretty much made up my mind to go with the KSG if the opportunity (and urge to buy) availed itself.

The next month, OGC had both on sale.  It's a fantastic gun for the range.  Really fun to shoot.  It does take practice, particularly loading and racking.

Here it is with an aftermarket muzzle brake, Bushnell red dot, Magpul Pro BUIS, a Veridian green laser/taclight, Magpul vertical foregrip, kydex cheek piece cover, and a Key Zion quick adjust sling/bandolier:

An unarmed man can only flee from evil, and evil is not overcome by fleeing from it.   -- Jeff Cooper
