Looking for Rebar for Target Frames

Guys do you have any leads for #4 1/2" Grade 40 re bar cut to 4 ft length in small quantities (10 ea.)?

Looking for suppliers that would  provide it cut to length.  I don't have a grinder to cut it myself.


The big stores were all out 4 ft lengths and they don't offer cutting service like they do for wood.

The cheaper the better LOL.  Home depot wanted $4 and some change for 1 ea.
