Haha, it kind of looks like it, doesn't it?  That's not a typical, high-class political "I'm pro guns" staged shot.  If it was a picturesque scene of the guv'nah with his politically-correct, Ruger red-label, clearly-intended-only-for-legitimate-sporting-purposes shotgun out hunting pheasants I wouldn't put much stock in it.  But standing around a human silhouette steel target with a firearm that's so evil and black that I can't even identify it without google-fu and his dog?  Yeah, I think he just likes guns.

I doubt he'd even go that far.  I think he's probably a fan of unaimed, indiscriminate, celebratory gunfire!
