Being a straw purchaser is a felony....according to everything I've seen and read about firearms laws.  It's even spelled out on the forms you fill out.  My question is why isn't she behind bars?
 
She should be charged with the officers murder. Had she not purchased the gun for her boyfriend the officer may still be alive.

Talk about gun control, these are the very laws that need to be enforced and dealt with swiftly and have a meaningful punishment.  As long as they are not strictly enforced, criminals will continue to get guns while law abiding people will be further restricted and defenseless.

We had that argument when Obama tasked Biden to come up with recommendations for new gun control laws and executive orders.

Biden made the comment we don't have  the resources to enforce the laws already on the books.  The logical question became, "So, the answer is more laws ?"

The non prosecution is purposely done. It was policy in the Clinton administration as well.
Criminal use of firearms helps the agenda of disarming peons, the end goal, by instilling fear in the masses, justifying more laws affecting only the law abiding.
