There once  developing country where the South, flying the  confederate flag was at war against the North flying the stars and stripes.
To cut the story short, the North won so they got to raise their flag over the country.

I'm not really sure why the South's  flag was still allowed to fly after that war at all. 



   As for Q's post,
Once I was leaving a "Local Hardware" store and saw 2 employee's taking down our flag, stick it  all rumpled up into a shopping cart and wheel it into the store.
I got out of my car, went back into the store and found the rumpled flag in the cart, unattended !

   

I LOUDLY asked to  IMMEDIATELY see the manager !

    Now that I had EVERYBODY'S  attention, the manager quickly came over and I kindly yet LOUDLY asked him WTF his store was doing desecrating the flag that so many had and continue to die for.
The flag that represented his right to have a store and the right of  free people to patronize it etc.,etc.,etc.
Flag folded properly as customers walking out the door looking disgusted and stink eyeing the manager as 2 employees folded our colors properly.

  I had''t been that pissed for awhile nor since then.

Why the hell should the Hawaiian flag fly same as the US flag?  It has the British Jack on it for goodness sake!!!!!  I was born and raised in Hawaii and I love this beautiful state, but not in my America!

Maybe we need a new Hawaiian flag.
