its a law that you need a license to operate a motorized vehicle which I highly doubt the 11 yr old boy had.

It's 17 now, if memory serves. 15 to drive on a farm.

so we need more laws to close this loophole...How did an 11 year old manage to operate a vehicle? What can we do to prevent this from happening again? How about a law that prohibits anyone under the driving age to be in the driver's seat?

We need cars with smart ignitions and transmissions.  Without the right fingerprint, can't start the engine or shift gears!

My resume Tacoma is a 6spd. Most people can't drive stick, that's my smart transmission haha
