I bought some mag boots from them.

They sent me the wrong color.

I sent it back, on their dime but they refused to refund my money.

I filed a chargeback with my credit card company in order to get my money back.

I will never buy anything from them ever again.

Calling them tomorrow.....will get to the bottom of this.

That's the best bet. I swear I jumped on a free ship offer before from them, but I tried the $100 max gear and it would't give me that option.

I've had good experience with Botach. Prompt shipping and the last item I got I returned with no issues.

I thought about getting one of those Versipacks but I can't see why that's any better than a backpack.

I'd love to get a one of their Gearslinger series backpacks.  I have an Operator Attache from them and I LOVE it.  Superb quality. 




Botach has polarizing reviews which is why i've stayed away so far.

The versipack was designed as a CCW bag. There is a zippered compartment right behind the main where u can stick a holster insert. In fact, most of their gearslingers have a similar design just in pack form.

I think Botach might have gotten a lot better since being investigated by the Feds.

Now that I realize that the company is owned by terrorists, it gives me yet another reason to never deal with them.

Seriously tho, their best customer service was in the beginning. They actually transferred me to the warehouse because i was looking for a specific Safariland. So i get this Israeli guy in the phone and he's like "Yes, yes yes, we have 6004 in left hand for 1911!" He then proceeds to go digging thru the holster boxes for 5 minutes muttering "6004, left hand, 1911" and Yiddish the whole time. Finally asks someone else in Hebrew where the holster is and they say "Maybe it fell in with the Blackhawk holsters." Bingo! He finds it and I get it two days later. Good times. But this was way back in '03. Ive had less than satisfactory service from them and LAPG since then.
