Well, he won't do that again!

19 year old Deleon Smith had 2 daughters, ages 1 and 3.

Sad, but with small kids in the apartment, and he not being responsible enough to clear a gun before taking selfies, I believe it was just a matter of time before something else bad happened.

Obviously this gun is one of those assault pistols that kills people on its own.  The previous owner was probably found dead, and the pistol hid from view until Deleon walked by ...

In case you are unaware, the automatic answer when caught with something you know was stolen 99.999% of the time is, "I found that!"
