Is she Spayed? Are her vaccinations current? Is she taking a heart worm preventative medicine?

All but one of the dogs in my lifetime have been Shepherds.
If this dog has been treated well for the first 10 months, it could be an AWESOME dog as follows.

Shepherds are GREAT family additions as being the pack animal they are, they feel "adopted" into the family pack.
She would always get between a stranger and the kids even at the beach when kids were in the water and also swam hundreds of yards out to my surfing son.
The last really enjoyed just hanging out at the beach and would get super excited when a bell rang when packing fishing gear

They'll protect your kids (and all other pack members), their smart and just wonderful, loyal companions.  :worship:

ps.
You can see the Husky in the chest and shoulders on Mic808's dog

Wonderful puppy, energetic and typical German shepard.   Very friendly once she warms up.  I wish she could have come home with us but my daughter was not having it.  >:(  You can see some of the Husky on her chest area but the temperment is all Shepard.  Someone give her a good home.

Is the pup hard head? Huskies can be unruly.

I wouldn't mind a good dog but we really have to wait till we get out of a condo and into a house first. Looks like a fine dog, would have liked to adopt it.

On a side note, are huskies known to be good with kids?

Dogs tend to take on the personality of their owners if they spend lots of time doing things together.  Leaving one staked or penned outside is bad.  Dogs need to be socialize data young age.
