$75 for the casting die/crimper and other sundries
$65 for the sizing die
$20 for priming compound

I can't seem to find any load data or even what powder to use.

I was wondering the same thing. No published load data from powder manufacturers etc.
A bit concerning

I am at a loss to understand how the primer paste is applied into the rim of the 22lr casing.

I think you put the .22 cases in your wife's salad spinner and use the centrifugal force to get the primer compound into the rim.  You then wipe down the salad spinner and carefully put it back and make like you don't know what it is (in case anyone asks)..........

"...the kit includes load data for several powders, including 700X and Unique as well as for Hogdon’s Pyrodex P black powder substitute. "

Just think you drop that towel you wiped off the salad spinner with and "Bang!"

I sort of lost interest in it after a friend of mine had tried to reprime some cartridges using the same priming compound and the priming compound didn't work for him. It would not work as advertised.
