Never even bothered trying to buy from them before cuz I figured it would be more of the same, but after a brief email exchange they came to their senses!

Not news.  Been getting my AR mags from then for 3-4 years. 

They sent a message last year similar to yours, and I replied, "You didn't have a problem with sending the last 5 orders to me."

They shipped the order the next day.

 :D

They must have hired some new people ...

Yeah, I just stopped trying after getting denied from retailer after retailer.

Apparently they have changed their policy and are no longer shipping to Hawaii.

"Mr. ****:

Unfortunately, a high capacity magazine was shipped to you by one of our staff members.  This is against our company policy. Botach is restricting any magazine sales over 10round shipping to Hawaii unless we are provided with a LE ID.

We will go ahead and send you a Return Label to ship the magazines back to us.

I also received 2 phone calls from them prior to this email and after the other emails posted above.  I informed them that since the magazines are legal here I'm keeping them and have no legal need or desire to return them.

No kiddin, it's like they don't communicate with each other lol.  Pretty bad.
