Florida Woman Blames Egg Roll for Erratic Driving

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/florida-woman-blames-egg-roll-for-erratic-driving-during-dui-arrest/ar-AAQJE5o?ocid=msedgntp

So, I didn't read the article, but ...... why was the egg roll driving at all?

People need to learn to write better headlines.

SAUSAGE DRONE SAVES DOG
A dog named Millie slipped away during a walk in southern England, eventually making her way onto some precarious mudflats.
But rescuers were worried that their more traditional efforts to save her — that is, via foot and kayak — would cause her to go even further out.
So after a couple of days, a rescue organization decided it had nothing to lose, and tied cooked sausages to drones.
Dangling the tempting treats worked like a charm, luring Millie to safer ground.

My wife, the inveterate house buying junkie, encountered the police cars outside the home in question. She is not a real estate agent, but, she follows the market all over the nation. Most people know that a house with a dead person on the property is bad karma, and rarely gets a high offer when it goes on sale. Japanese seem to be risk averse with such properties, and one of the first things they want to know on the disclosure form is whether someone died there under mysterious circumstances. Do you believe in curses?

sounds like a "bargain buy" opportunity in an upscale gated community.

I was unaware that "most people know that a house with a dead person on the property is bad karma."  Did I miss that memo?  How far back is karma able to exist?  10 years?  20? 50? 100?  My homes are from the 1950s and 1970s.  That's a long span of time to worry about things that may have happened.  What if your realtor is 20 and just got their license?  Are they expected to know the entire history of every home they show?

People die at home everyday.  Are all those homes places of bad karma?

Disclosure laws vary by state.  I know NC doesn't require disclosing if someone died in a property you're buying.  But, if you ask, they can't knowingly lie.

On the other hand, they do have to disclose things such as whether the home was used as a meth lab -- an obvious health concern.

The only way to really know that a house is not "cursed" is to buy a newly-built home or condo.  But, you'll never know if a construction worker accidentally died where you sleep every night!

That's my point.  Just the fact that someone died would creep enough buyers out, but I think most would be okay with it if they want that home.

Finding a murder victim there is a different kind of creepy.

Yeah, pretty weird huh?
After the murder, HPD gave the culprits a free ride to Waikiki where they promptly caught a plane to California.

I just wanna know what brand of coffee they used. I'm guessing a big bag of Colombian from Costco.
I prefer to use the 3 in 1 instant packets from Vietnam just for convenience.
Makes me wonder what grind they prefer. Espresso would release more nose, but would take longer to grind.
Also, which roast they prefer. I'm guessing dark roast.
Maybe they poured their used grounds in the tub. It would be a waste to pour in fresh coffee.
So, did they like cream and sugar in their coffee? I would guess cane sugar and half-half.
No Splenda and Coffee-mate in this upscale neighborhood.
So many questions remain.

There's only one coffee they would use:

100% Pure Kona Coffee!
