Yeah, I saw a blurb on it a few days ago.
Senator Slom also mentioned it was folding up at the HKNB meeting.

Inch by inch it's dying, just not fast enough. Like the Obama presidency.

Who actually signed up for that crap?

Im exempt, others I've know gets it for FREE, whilst some close family members are paying up the ass this year.

Not enough people to keep the doors open. Most people here get health insurance through their employer, by law.

It's cheaper to pay the fine (about one month's insurance) than to pay for something you can't afford.

Not quite $300mil, was $205+$30 for the transfer.  Not sure if there were state funds that went into it.  I still can't imagine how this program costs so much for doing so little.  I'd imagine it would only cost 1/3 of that amount tops.
