If you legally own a gun here in Hawaii you are already on their list as you registered it with HPD. And the conspiracy Theorist in me thinks they compile the list and send it to the Feds. I know its illegal but I don't doubt that it has happened.

That plus I would think that those of us who buy multiple handguns at a time to make the HPD BS more efficient are also on the list due to the paperwork that is done with multiple handgun purchases.
