Camera for parking stall.
« on: December 10, 2015, 08:17:39 AM »
Hello everyone,

Do any of y'all know of a camera that can be placed in a parking stall? Preferably with night vision, solar operated and wirelessly transferred photos or videos. I have moved and have a covered parking stall but the problem is, the stall is about 200 feet away with no line of site. I would like a camera that uses cellular or some other form of wireless to transmit photos. Thanks!

Lighting is a good deterrent, and can alert you at night if anyone is messing around your spot.

I have a few of these from Costco:

They work great, aren't overpriced, and you can mount the solar collector a good distance away from the light so you can catch sunlight easily.  I have one in my garage and the solar panel is on the outside of the garage.

This won't do much for daytime, but if you get a camera too, this might be a good backup in case they cover their faces.
