wow, your post almost fooled me into thinking english is your first language
it's almost readable

translation of the above paragraph:

we are having a shotgun class in december.
"Those who have attended knows of all the technical information that accompanies this instruction."
(i have no idea what this means, and i was at the plannig session for this month)
we will be adding pistols to the training mix this month
with your registration email, please include your shotgun model and pistol model and holster model
holster must completely cover the trigger guard and have at least friction retention
you MUST have attended an HDF pistol course in the past to register for this session

Wow, that almost fooled me into believing you completed 6th grade English!

Here's a further refinement to remove grammatical and syntax errors:

HDF firearms training class, 12/26/15.
We are holding a class teaching the fundamentals of defensive, combined, shotgun and pistol use.
Those that have attended previous HDF events know the technical and equipment requirements for participation.
Along with your registration email, please include the make and model of the firearms you intend to use, as well as the type of holster.
All holsters must be of a type that covers the trigger guard, and will provide proper retention in an action based training program.
The prerequisite for this class is prior attendance of an HDF pistol class.
 :D

Alas, I will be unable to attend, as I have to work.  :(

Phrasing!

I don't have a standalone target frame. What does someone in the know suggest?

I have a pistol and rifle frame. Would either of those work?

Also, I have a ton of 16.9oz plastic water bottles. Can I bring a bunch to plink at like a tin can? I can fill some up with water, too.

I think I am going to need to buy some ammo! LOL

i cannot remember which one we used as the model, i'll ask and get back to you

recycle em for 5 cents each

you can shoot at bottles if they are on the berm
once they reach the ground, you cannot shoot at them because there is a metal track there to hold up targets
i am bringing 18-24 gallon jugs, you can shoot at those too

make or bring lots of ammo
2 hours is a long time

The 1 x .5 sticks @ 4' to 5' tall a couple of those is fine. We have "H" bases to hold them. Card board width 2'  is sufficient to secure targets. But showing up with your bang stuff is good too we provide stuff to shoot at. We just suggest you bring if you want a specific target ( ie. Dot training or plastic bottles)

AWESOME day!  I was shocked to learn it was better for me to load my empty shotgun instead of transitioning to pistol....mainly because my pistol accuracy is terrible.
