I over heard a couple of , let just call them idiots, talking about terrorist in the United States. particularly the San Bernardino incident.

"its like, U know, they could have just use the Army, the got like tanks and stuff"...

Has these people gone to history class in high school? Do they even know Posse Comitatus or  anything about Roman history?
