Anty word? Will there be a third trial for Christopher Deedy?
Haven't heard any news about it for a while.

Searched the Hawaii Judiciary site.  There is an appeal filed by Deedy to have the court deny any further retrials. 

The appeal was filed June 2, 2015, and the last time the case was updated was November 25, 2015.

Until the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals rules, any retrial actions are on hold.

What a waste of taxpayer money. There really isn't a case for murder here. It makes me worry in the event I ever shoot someone in self defense.
