Anyone have a torque wrench to lend?

Mounting a rifle scope, just looking to get the screws dialed in right. If anyone in the town area, or can meet me in town, has a Wheeler FAT wrench or similar inch-lbs torque wrench to loan for literally 2 minutes, plz pm. TIA

I got a Wheeler FAT wrench at the store if u need to use it.
