Business as usual for HPD
Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Page B2  of Saturday's local paper:
Kealoha quoted " We've all made mistakes in our lives, but what's important is what we do afterwards"
The article goes on to say that the case file has been destroyed because of it's age. No further details available
I suppose a pardon does clear the slate, but...
Do you think that this may apply to us, too?
Just thoughts

Now he has denied the promotion.  What a crock of crap. He should not be a police officer.

The article said Borges withdrew his name from the position.

But legally speaking he was pardoned for his crime so he is allowed to be a cop.

Exactly, he denied the promotion. Same thing.

Once again where the state went wrong. Cayetano pardoned a domestic abuse criminal.

Would you have been pardoned?

Look you can argue all you want. Your state's politics are messed up as well as your famed HPD.

By your incessant arguing it seems you agree with the way things are.

I am sorry, I misread your post, I though you had said he was denied.

Whether a domestic abuse criminal can be pardoned or have his record expunged is another topic worthy of its own discussion but I will refrain from derailing this thread.

Nah, i just dont give a shit.

I think from now on ill just sit back and read all the war stories from sunshine patriots about what they would do if the chinese invaded, and their excuses about why they cant do anything to  at least make an attempt to make things better.
