What an idiot. This has nothing to do with a regular citizens right to carry or CCW.  LE already carry them here. The anti gunners can't use this to justify more laws, as this is in LE's field.  I doubt that our state would have every Federal LE turn in their guns while on duty here. If we can't trust our own govt. to carry guns then what?

From a legal standpoint, why would you ever give evidence to someone or consent to a search? I just don't see why someone would do that. It's not like it will help you in the future.

It is not irrelevant if your goal is to cast aspersion on the product of an allgedly deficient agency. This is the kind of "stuff" plaintiff's counsel would use to build his case against the agent. Looks like attorney Green is getting some help .
