I imagine there, will be some medical reports to verify some of this. But just a scuffle doesn't leave your nose broken. However Deedy really just looks drunk in my lay-witness opinion of observing lots of DUI mugshots lol.  His nose dose look crooked, but I would think that there would be some busted blood vessels in his eye regions as well.

FBI told me to get a degree, didnt try the CIA because I have no technical skills unless theyre looking for helicopter mechanics.  On the other hand, BOP just requires you can count, which is usually within my ability.

Got some inside info. Deedy was trying to prevent a fight that Elderts started.  He asked him to stop and Elderts false cracked Deedy.
Deedy did not draw his weapon at this point. Only what happens next is why he drew his weapon and fired.
Let me know when you find out how many priors Elderts has. I was shocked.

false crack has no warning, just comes out of nowhere. it's not like a sucker punch where they walk up from behind but more like a 'shoulda seen that coming in retrospect' kind of a punch. Come to think of it I haven't seen a lot of people pushing and getting in each others faces here. They someone usually says 'what?!' and they start swinging.

Off the top of my head, couple misdemeanor offenses including DUI and I think drunk and disorderly.

Why 3 shots again? A buddy of mine told me he cracked off 2 warning shots... any training I've ever had we clear - you draw, you shoot til the threat goes away. There is no warning shots. Those shots could go off and hit an innocent bystander, you NEVER throw lead unless there is no alternative. Now there is news of a scuffle, maybe they were attempts, but misses...?

I've been working under the assumption from the start that they were missed attempts.  If Deedy was blowing off warning shots, the only possible explanation would be that he was shit-faced.

Like I said I'm sure your guy is an honest guy but who knows how many people the story went through before it got to him. Right off the back sounds very biased and then supposedly elderts friends were just about to jump in? Sounds like your guy still thinks there was more than one guy with elderts. Early reports said there was three guys with elderts and deedy was assumed to be by himself. The latest reports have elderts with only one friend and deedy with 2 buddies and two girls. Does your friend have anything to say about how deedys friend got 'slashed'?
