Need a whole roast pig for spawn of Rocky and Rockette's wedding.
75-85 guest's delivered.to Pupukea end of May :D
Lechon, roasted or imu'd.
Any suggestions ? ::)

Actually, we  know how but  lack the time to do so on wedding day and day before as we will be doing the lau lau's, squid luau, chicken longrice, haupia etc.....  ;D
Still looking but now only for full roasted or lechon.

My co worker has a catering business, Ill go talk with him on Friday and see what he says.
I know he does a imu at least twice a week.
