The men's toilet is out or order. I don't know what the ETA is but given it is a City facility  ???
The sign says to use the women's restroom for #2.
Don't know why it matters. Just identify as the other gender when you gots to go #2.

For a public facility, Kokohead has the nicest bathroom. I appreciate the cleanliness of the toilet and the availability of toilet paper and soap.  I hope they have the toilet fixed for my next visit.

Ha, compared to some of the other public restrooms at parks I guess its not too bad.  But overall our public restrooms on Oahu are a disgrace.  As a tourist destination I don't understand why our parks are not given greater priority.

State Harbors, the DOT ones, not DLNR! are Great for public heads. The DOT Harbors guys are to be commended for the cleanliness of their toilets.
That being said, Why can't the rest of the Gummint guys do as well??
Hats off the DOT!

DLNR is generally underfunded compared to DOT Harbors.  Harbors is underfunded too, but has more money than DLNR.  This being said the budget for the Kokohead complex and other C&C parks in the area is crazy massive.  No reason why Kokohead shouldn't have gold plated fixtures.
