Just 24 hours after a 4 year old was beheaded, two unrelated stabbings occurred within the City.



A Sanitation Worker was stabbed  as he was spraying pesticide on the streets on Tuesday.  The suspect attacked from behide and  was later detained by Police.
The suspect claimed that the spraying had killed roaches and only retaliated in self defense on behalf of the roaches.


Just pasting  noon  a Police Officer was stabbed while on patrol aboard a Metro Transit . He was stabbed in the back by a steak knife as he walked the train.
This was the 2nd stabbing in two years , when 4 were killed and 22 injured onboard a Metro train.
