#F***YoFlag movement
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/04/05/flag-stomping-protesters-fueling-tensions-at-trump-other-events.html?intcmp=hpbt1

From the comfort of the very country that affords them to do this despicable act.
An insult to all first responders, civil servants and military members.
What has our country devolved to? :grrr:

As far as I am concerned they are just showing their own ignorance/stupidity. They step on the flag of america as if the country were against them. Instead of using the democratic system they would prefer to crash it all?

I am not particularly offended, but I am not much for symbolism either.

For any on this forum who believes in the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, especially those who believes in foolishness of political correctness, should not feel offended by the politically incorrect act of burning or defacing any nation's flag.  As quoted from the last paragraph of the above linked article, "Burning or defacing the American flag is not prohibited by law, and is protected by the First Amendment."  And if this, albeit DISRESPECTFUL act, be allowed by the First Amendment, those of us here who are ardent supporters of the Second Amendment need not accept such DISRESPECTFUL acts, but must be patient, as it is the Second Amendment that protects the First Amendment.

Yea, it's just that US soldiers literally die for / defending that flag.

Stomping and defacing it is a slap in the face to those that gave more than others.

Yes, people have the right to give voice to their own ignorance.

This flag stomping act is not an example of political incorrectness, it is a disrespectful thing to do to a country that gives these people that right.
Akin to someone giving you a $100 bill and showing gratefulness by spitting into their hands. Stupid. Dumb.
This particular movement is under the veil of BlackLivesMatter. Black lives do matter. There's no doubt about that. There are black celebrities. Black TV channel. An identified black president. Wealthy blacks. What more do they want? They certainly want to be branded black victims with this latest event. And people like Al Sharpton make a living at being a professional victim. At the same time there is a double standard. Imagine if there was a WET? White Entertainment Television. People would call that racist TV.

Unfortunately and too frequently WE get what THEY deserve.   Just look at the state of the country, inch by inch into the crapper.

I was having such a great day being a capitalist pig and making money when I saw this. It has literally ruined my day. I am saddened by this showing of disrespectful behavior. The worst part is that I believe in the first amendment and their right to it. I believe in our system and I feel it is the best system in the world, but it is obviously far from perfect. It is too bad we cannot make this type of stunt illegal like yelling fire in a movie theater.  :( :( :(   >:( >:( >:(

and also likely to have confrontations, which will in turn, get them more press attention

THAT'S THE POINT.

That particular group is baiting people to go out there and commit violent acts against them.  They want to get beat-up because they know their bruises will only further their cause and gain them sympathy from open minded SHEEPLE.  Moreover, the gun grabbers in the US Government would also like nothing better than 2nd Amendment Supporters and/or SERVICE VETERANS go out there and give that group a thrashing, which would provide a convenient justification to limit, if not, ban gun ownership from all of us as well.

Just my opinion.......I am sad and disappointed when I see this kind of behaviors being done by Americans.  Many of us have family and friends who served in our military during times of peace and times of war.  These guys on that video will have to deal with the secondary and third level consequences.  Those consequences will be from their family and friends.  As I was taught ...bringing shame to their families.

I am sorry, I am technology challenged and I'm not sure if you are able to click on the above attachment.  I happened to have found a video on my Facebook page of a soldier and his dog returning home as casualties of war at an airport and how they are being honored.  I hope it works.

Maybe someone could go to one of those rallies and then stomp on a black lives matter flag and see what happens. Might want to have CCW though.

The link worked perfectly! When I watch things like that I get small kine checked up. Thanks to those who served and those that are still serving our country.

IMO, the whole BLM movement is an age old strategy to divide and conquer.   Britain employed this strategy on the Hindus and Muslims in India so that the British could maintain control.  Same thing with us Democrats vs Republicans having us fight each other instead of demanding for our rights.  (It's kind of like Star Wars The Phantom Menace. :wtf:)

Not really sure who is behind it (Soros?) but they'd rather have us fighting each other instead of them.

Not sure, you could make one and then burn it.

They do have shirts though.

I wouldn't actually do that because some might think it meant that I thought black lives were worth less but the focus was more just giving them a taste of their own medicine. The actual symbol being destroyed could be any number of liberal symbols.

No disrespect to the original poster but I don't believe that the name of this thread should be "Only in America". This can happen anywhere that a culture believes or is told that they cannot discipline their youth nor teach them to give/earn respect to/from others. This great nation is just one of many that has given rise to a generation of it's youth that cares of little else except themselves. Give them everything and let them earn nothing and watch the chaos ensue. It won't be a pretty sight to see...
