A Les Tam sling for your 03A3 would be top-shelf, but the wait list is years long.  If you're lucky Les will have one of his 'seconds' available for sale at the next gun show.

I have seen Mr. Tam's work around town and I know that he is highly regarded and referred both locally and on the web. I just emailed him about ordering a sling, I have time and he's not getting any younger. I will unfortunately miss the next few gun shows.

My dad has a leather sling (IIRC) on his 1903 and I think one for his Garand.  I'll have to take a closer look at them.

I know Les personally and if you want a sling He is the guy, He takes his time but it is SO WORTH IT.
