Some states are calling for a constitutional convention,  They want to add term limits and budget restrictions. That being said their are no rules for a convention so once its open anything is open to change, addition or subtraction.

What would you change ? ?

Hers my list :
 - 2A to read along the lines of, All people have the right to own and carry arms for fence of themselves, others and the nation. This right shall not be infringed.   
This still leaves it open for mandatory training or permitting and the restriction of dangers or deadly weapons.

- Term limits on all elected government positions of 4 years with no lateral movement to other positions. you serve 4 leave and have to wait for 4 more before running for a different position. 
We have to many corer politicians, These people are meant to represent the will of the people of their state, How can they do that when they are never in the state. They are meant to go represent and come back and get on with their life.

- Government spending, The federal government shall not spend more then %110 of revenue collected the previous year.
stop over spedning but still leaves a little room for exspantion and emergency use)

- Tax's and the IRS, No person shall collect a tax refund (or credit) greater then the amount of taxs that person has paid, all people will pay a flat rate tax of %xx (magic number) all other funding will be through import and export tarfis, All funds being transferred overseas for non traif purchases will be taxed at %xx (magic number)
(we have to many people getting tax returns that never paid taxs or get back a higher amount then what they actually paid, The tax code is to complex and needs to be simplified to increase collections and reduce costs, The federal government was never meant to be this big and was meant to be funded by tarifs and fees on imports and exports, We have to much money being earned and sent overseas which never trickles back into the economy and such is never taxed)

- Land, The Federal govement shall not own or control any lands all lands belong to the states and shall be leased by the govement for use,
(The government has control of to much land that should belong to the states and the people. This land should be returned to the states and then returned/settled by the people. )
