Hawaii On Target is definitely closed.

Went with my surveillance equipment to try capture them on camera (i.e. if they were hastily moving out, or at least capture their images), but they're closed for sure. There's "for lease" signs up on the window. Even the security guards in the parking structure didn't know for sure if they were opened, closed, or what.

I wonder if there's a national database that tracks people and businesses who have written bad checks? Someone should compile all the bad checks written by Haitsuka as the owner of Hawaii on Target, or 2nd Nature Defense Concepts. If it's tens of thousands of dollars, it's downright CRIMINAL.

From reading the posts, I'm sure there are lots of folks who have ordered stuff or given Haitsuka money, and just haven't gotten word about Hawaii on Target going belly up yet. If he's been taking your money and never intended to order anything because he's been using NEW MONEY to pay his OLD DEBT, that's just got the stench of Ponzi scheme written all over it. At very least it's THEFT and FRAUD.

Spread the word, and encourage them to file police reports.

Writing bad checks in Hawaii is a misdemeanor under HRS Sec. 708-857

http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol14_Ch0701-0853/HRS0708/HRS_0708-0857.htm

There's a civil penalty of $100 or triple the amount of the check whichever is greater under HRS Sec. 490:3-506

http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol11_Ch0476-0490/HRS0490/HRS_0490-0003-0506.htm

As far as fraudulent transactions are concerned, there is Hawaii's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act under HRS Chapter 480 where an award of treble damages is possible.

Hmmmm interesting...just saw a commercial on ME TV about Hawaii on Target (7/1/16 @ 2pm). Either it's an old commercial or they are still in business. Also noticed in the commercial that there is a guy named Darin Haitsuka  associated with them. Not a nice guy and he is a few cards short of a full deck. He was thrown out of he Hawaii Hunter Ed program for communicating threats against the program manager. I was his Master Instructor and the one who got him thrown out. I'll just leave it at that, I know him very well... With him involved, nothing surprises me... He's a real shady character and would not know the truth if it hit him alongside his head... A real snake....

You have to pre pay for air time,  at least it is with time warner. You make a commercial give them the time slots you want it played. They play it in that time slot, they are requited to play x number of local vomerials per hour

Sooooooo, I just saw a commercial this morning on KITV for Hawaii On Target. They were selling firearms instructions etc. Is this the same Hawaii On Target in this thread? Hmmmm. I guess I won't be participating in any instruction based on the information shared on 2aHawaii.

Never mind! I just ran through the past postings and see this has been addressed already. Either way not going.
