Been following these guys build a 5.56 Micro Gun and saw they are working a pump bull pup style shotgun

I like it! Lets see if the design pans out better than the kel-tec model.

So, that means you're actually going to buy one and contribute a personal, hands-on review for us all?

And what is the problem with a KSG?  I have one, and only have one complaint -- the plastic rail on bottom.  I installed a metal rail over that one, so no more issues.

What is your personal experience with the KelTec?  What color KSG did you buy, out of curiosity?

I have never shot it, only held it. Not my favorite pump but I liked the idea.

I was excited when it came out but I read and watched a lot of reviews where people said it had feed problems. Something to do with short stroking it just a little bit causing rounds not to cycle. I lost interest.

Judging by the other builds I have seen these guys make they seem committed to delivering a 100% reliable weapon. On the IG page he had mentioned that pump action reliablity was the reasoning for not going semi auto. It is an interesting design, and the price point does not seem far off from what a KSG sells for. The purpose was a ergonomic, compact, modular, reliable PDW and if they succeed it may be all they claim. But like anything only time will tell when consumers get thier hands on one. I love bill pups and while I like the KSG, the 870 has been my choice so far. While semi shot guns are nice and fast, I haven't found my self in a situation where it was needed to dump 5 as fast as I can pull the trigger. That is unless I was shooting skeet.

If you have only 2nd and 3rd hand information on the KSG, and have never tried using it, then your opinion that the design didn't pan out is 100% useless.  You could have linked us to those reviews and saved us your "opinion".

Thanks for your "researched opinion" on the KSG, but you are completely and totally wrong about it.  I had a firearm novice from work, who has never shot a long gun in his life, go to KHSC with me.  Not only did he have zero failures to function, he was hitting steel plates with slugs at 100 yards while standing!  Of all our guns he tried, he fell in love with the KSG.

Your attitude is uncalled for. You didn't ask for a review you asked what my personal experience with it was. I answered and threw in the additional explanation of a summary of what reviews I had read had said about it. Is someone not allowed to form an opinion based on the accounts of others? If you wanted me to post those reviews all you had to do was ask politely. Snarkiness gets us nowhere. Here is one for reference.

As far as this new gun, I like it. It looks light, slim, compact and ergonomic. I hope the price point is attractive as well.
