But with severe restrictions on firearms they will arm themselves with baguettes and harsh language.

Initially, the thought "well armed militia" crossed my mind but then realized, that's not the intent.  This is actually a buildup of armed security, which is already in place at this point.

On the surface, this seems like a good direction.  However, this is getting closer to martial law as the armed are going to dictate what is safe for the unarmed.

For us now, this may not seem significant but keep in mind how often the argument is made "in other countries, this is what they do"...

Stay vigilant.

French authorities said six people are in custody in connection with the attacks.

French authorities arrested an Albanian couple Sunday in connection with the Nice terror attacks that killed 84 people last week, the Paris prosecutor's office spokeswoman told CNN.

ISIS' media group, Amaq Agency, said Saturday that an ISIS "soldier" carried out the attack.
In a statement, it said "the person ... carried out the operation in response to calls to target nationals of the coalition which is fighting the Islamic State."
