I usually never believe a word that this lying scumbag says including in his movies. But should I believe him now? 

I think what is going on is he is trying to rile up the liberals so that any on the fence will go vote for Clinton, and the others who are busy playing Pokemon (joke, I know some here play it) will stop for a sec and go vote.

The polls don't seem to support that thinking.

Polls are not trustworthy. You can put out a poll and announce the results. Who's to say you can't control the polling process and sample?

This poll shows that Trump has been statistically ahead of Hillary for the last 4 weeks though they are in a virtual tie right now.

Seems like there are many years in which ppl answering polls SAY they intend to vote.  In reality, unless there is a major issue they care deeply about, a bunch of them are just too complacent to show up at the polls. 

So, the pre-election polls might say one thing, but if there is lack of motivation, the reality might be much different.

If my memory serves me correctly (and I could very well be wrong and I am not going to Google this) I clearly remember that the polls had Mitt Romney ahead of BHO in 2012. And look at what happened. Anyone who relies on polls as a basis for opinion (especially when the polls are within the error rate) is not dealing with a full deck IMHO.

Polls can be accurate but there are many that are not very scientific. Some companies out there do proper polling and ultimately as consumers we need to find which ones are reliable.
