Powder and Primers I buy from OGC when he has what I'm looking for on hand.  I've also bought from Security Equipment as well (powders and primers).  I will say that Young Guns has some good deals on their primers during the Guns Shows here.

As for anything else for reloading most of the tools I'll check with WGS before going online.  Yes their prices are a little higher but if it's on island I'm buying it rather than waiting for an order to come in through the mail.  Plus those guys (Joe and Henry) are always helpful after all they took the time to show me how to operate a Lee Turret Press walked me through the initial setup and dry-run.  They've even acknowledged a military veteran discount (when I showed my Service Connected Disabled Veteran ID).  The only drawback to WGS is their location for me since I live in Kapolei.
I agree completely about Joe and Henry. VERY helpful and friendly. Also, I do the same thing. If it is on island I'm buying rather than waiting because with my luck someone will come in right before I do and buyout what I wanted. Particularly with powder and primers. With bullets and cases I may still order by mail if I can get a sale plus free shipping. I live in Kapolei as well so getting to WGS is a bit of a pain when I need something.

With that said I went to X-Ring yesterday and met the owner and I have to say he is also quite helpful. He is going to order more primers for me and let me know when they come in. He took my name and phone number so he will call me when they come in. They are still trying to stock the store so they don't have a good selection of powder, bullets and cases yet. But I suppose if I ask them to order something for me they probably would. I did notice they had a good supply of Hornady bullets in stock. Nice thing is they are a lot closer to Kapolei.

if you haven't already, I'd strongly recommend you get a C&R (03 FFL)
Then email Midway USA, Brownells/sinclair, Wolff springs ect. for their dealer discount.

Then buy a CZ 82, Russian SKS, and a M1 Carbine for starters and have it sent straight to your door.

you'll thank me later. lol!

but seriously, if you are gonna be involved with guns/shooting/all that stuff, you may as well get a C&R

What's the process for getting one of these?
And do you know people down here that have these?

Good info on the cruffler page.
It's 30 bucks for 3 years! U can't beat that! I saved that much in my first couple of orders with the discount.
I know a few people and myself with 03 ffls (c&R's). I used to be into tacticool ar's and stuff, but now after getting my c&r, I'm more interested in ww2 and all the cool old school stuff. So if you're into old school guns its great, if not, the discounts alone make it worth getting.

The 03 FFL sounds interesting. Just out of curiosity if I have this and register with say Midway Products will I get a discount on other items such as shooting and reloading supplies? Or will they only sell me the firearms? Thanks!

AFAIK midway doesn't sell c&r guns, so pretty much everything that doesn't need a 01ffl would be discounted.   I never bought powder, primers, or loaded ammo from them though. Brownell has overall better pricing with the discount and shipping is cheaper than midway.

Thanks for the link pit.  Seems like paperwork and a cheap fee and ammo straight to my door.  Sweet.  Might make my AK even more affordable now

Loaded ammo will still be expensive due to shipping.  Anything that doesn't go boom is OK though, like components (brass, bullets, reloading equipment,  shooting gear, mags, optics, gun parts, ect. )
I'll bring some c&r guns Saturday and you all are welcome to shoot whatever I end up bringing.
