2amember speedtek did a good job on mine. It was a couple of pencil barrels and one even had a titanium brake welded.

It's for an AR15, trying to get my flaming pig tucked into the barrel since it's a little long on my 16"

I would suggest just getting a shorter barrel to start with.  Cutting, threading and possibly needing to fiddle with the gas port and you are probably at the same cost, time and grief factor.  Any reason you opt for the PIG on a longer barrel?

I believe the PIG break is too short to get a 14.5 to 16".

The Pig is over 3" long so it will work with on 13.7's to come out to 16", however on a longer barrel they make less sense as it is a large chunk of metal on the end of a longer barrel.  They are more ideal for shorter barrels as in an SBR or maybe a AR pistol.

You're right.  I must have been thinking of something else.  They are heavy though, hanging off the end of the barrel.

Yep, the nickname "flaming pig" suits it well. ;)
