Think of it as waterless waterboarding

or if you don't need portability get a buck convertor and wire it to another type of battery. I'm guessing if that is a 1 cell voltage is about 3.3 volts. If its more then double that. One idea is to get a 4 cell AA batt pack wire it to a voltage regulator or buck conv.. It may not be as small but it is portable.
The main advantage of a Lipo is energy density. They can discharge a lot of power in a small package but they are very volatile when the cell is exposed to air. I've punctured 6S 3000 mah packs and I've seen bigger ones go up in a Dhalsim flame.

Batteries and bulbs in P.C. across from longs. They might have it.
