Beautiful that they were incinerated by  the very flamethrower they used to execute all those hostages.

Aloha!  Yes, I am still in MD but my wife has the opportunity to move to Oahu next year so I have been lurking a bit to learn about guns in Hawaii.  I can work remotely and my wife is 4 years away from retirement so we are hoping to do a three year tour in Oahu and then we really want to retire in Kona.  My wife and I have been married for two years and we are empty nesters.  She lived in Oahu for 2 years back in 2000 and fell in love with the islands and it wasn't a hard sell to convince me to move there.  Now we just have to sort out our work issues and make the move happen.

I have been careful to only purchase guns that are legal in Hawaii and I am definitely going to make some more purchases before we move to avoid the hassle of buying there.  It will be a fun day when I show up to HPD with 20 guns but it beats the pain of acquisition in paradise.

I know about Koko Head in Oahu but it is looking like the Big Island does not have much in the way of shooting ranges, however Google isn't always the best.  I do see that the BI has a trap and skeet range, but that is over in Hilo.  Any insight would be appreciated.
