Unjustified shooting of unarmed white man and child ?    :wtf:
2 counts of failure to render aid, one of which may have saved a child's life ?  :grrr:
  Other than the failure to render aid, when the father "pours" out of the vehicle, I see no officers "covering him" nor do I see officers "covering him" or checking him for weapon's ( or vitals)  as he is laying on the ground.   :wacko:
They all seemed to be more concerned about the "Steaming Pot o $hit" their in. :oops:

Thats sad, very unfortunate. It doesn't say why the cops were pursuing so it is hard tot ell if the shooting was justified or not.

There certainly appears to be a lack of rendering aid as well as smart tactical decisions for someone who was just believed to be a deadly threat.

If they were pursuing this car for a good reason then I would blame the father for the death of the child since he is the one putting the child in that dangerous situation.

They were crooked cops
Go back and read the articles written at the time about the two officers...

Oh, didn't realize that this was that old case. Two of them are brought up on charges I later heard on the news.
