FFL Dealers in Hawaii
« on: December 29, 2011, 04:26:48 PM »
I was looking at buying vs. building options and started asking around about FFL Transfer fees. I found this website but am not sure how current it is.A couple of the vendors, like OGC, are noticeably missing from the list. Also, based on another list I saw, the list excludes a lot of other FFL license holders. In any event, at least the prices are listed. BTW, if you email OGC, it will tell you what its fees are. Ready On the Right confirmed that its posted fees are correct. Some FFL's charge morethen others but depending on how the FFL handles the transaction, it may be worth the extra $10 or even $20.

The ATF always has an updated list. It doesn't show FFL fees, or if they are even currently taking customers, but it has contact information on there.

Wen I ordered my lower from AXTS I went through OGC Tactical and am totally happy with their fees and service. If I were to order another lower from the mainland i would definitely go through them again.

If you're military I paid $26. That's the lowest I've found.

OGC is $25 for military and $40 for non-military. I'm the "build" kinda guy so I'm leaning heavily in that direction at the moment.

I'm pretty sure it's $40 each

I don't have that info. Contact OGC from this forum. I'm sure OGC will respond with an answer.

Ready on the Right and OGC won't put multiple guns on one form (even though its still only one form.. kinda lame if you ask me). As stated above Ready on the Right (Al) charges $30 per serial number, OGC charges $40 for non military.

I wish I knew about the X-Ring as I just got two lowers from AXTS myself and had to shell out $60 to Al (and only filled out one form!).

Damn those lowers are Bad-Azz.  Can I make some measurements?
I wonder if those improvements can be made to a existing lower......

Ready On the right is $30 per gun.
X-Ring is $40 up to 5 guns for the $40 fee

That is the lowest I found so far.

Both still applicable?

Are retired military included...Some do not give discounts to retired mil, but only active duty....like Sec Equip.. :(
