yes, its less than 11 lbs
going to Hilo

You're good. Just pack it in manufacture ammo boxes or the plastic type used for reloading. Let em' know you got it and that is it.

I'm not going to Hilo, but the ammo is
that's why I wanted to send it another way
young bros is the only way
but I don't think i'll have time to reload the quantity that I would like to send.  being that its holiday time and I got other stuff to do first.
I might just wait till next year sometime and take it myself
I guess I'm knitting my nephew a sweater after all.    :D

Try and see if Hawaiian will let you send a un attended bag.
I know other smaller airlines that allowed this type of thing, we would send loaded coolers or luggage or whatnot and have someone on the opposite end waiting for pickup.  Not sure if Hawaiian is the same way

Can not send unattended bags. OGC tactical used to send ammo to maui. Fee was 75 bucks but you could ship up to 7k rounds of 223. idk what the weight of it comes out to be. But the fee was a flat fee. So if u ordered 1k or 7k u still paid the same.

Cool a sweater instead :shake: Yeah, no solo bags on the plane for sure. Air cargo works too. The bad part about that is the "air" part of it which translates into $$$. Knit some cartridges of his choice on the sweater.
