This rifle was a damaged / cracked /  something wrong , example from a recent liquidation sale.

The HK Universal Semi Carbine (USC)  is a semi auto version of the HK Universal Machine Pistol (UMP).

The fixed stock is just to damn ugly for any civilian use.

Bare in mind that the USC/UMP are prohibited from importation under the 1989 ban. Thus this rifle needs to comply with USC 922(r).

Most UMP parts are designed not to fit onto USC rifles. Such as the full auto bolt and UMP lowers. The hook on the lower is much small than the semi lugs.

















After a few mins of filing the UMP lower is mated to the USC upper.











Almost done just some small internal to install and its a complete UMP conversion.

Cutting out the area in RED will render your receiver a machine gun under the ATF.

This relief is to allow the auto sear to operate the bolt.
