I have owned the universal hand primer made by RCBS for about 8 years now. I have literally primed 10's of thousands of cases with it. I use it for every caliber I load for. And I only have to change parts out between small and large primers when needed. Besides minimal maintenance of greasing some parts occasionally it is basically maintenance free.

I have worn out the plastic pieces twice so far and now I have worn out a couple of metal moving pieces. I called them today and tried to buy the parts I needed but they insisted on honoring their lifetime warranty and are sending me the parts for free. I was not put on hold for long and the customer service person was very helpful.

Another big  for RCBS products and customer support.

I also got good CS from RCBS and also Redding.  RCBS responds quickly. 

The same here, same model----RCBS replaced the plastic part for the small primer adapter.

+1 for RCBS. They replaced a bullet mold I had a problem with.

RCBS does seem to be the luxury car of the reloading market.
