I know we're in the boonies but we had a firearm discharged this weekend to go along with the Kahaluu Shooting !   ::)

Man, this craps moving out to the country and too close me  !   :shake:

When the lights and sirens blew past the house in numbers, I knew it was an officer involved shooting.
What I did  notice was....

The truck was almost bumper to bumper with the vehicle behind it after hitting officer.
CPR performed on suspect in front of the truck.
No bullet holes in windshield.

Again, victim doing a cracker-jack  "police job" in finding his own vehicle and the criminal.
Sounds familiar ?   :'(

The perp ran the stolen truck into the police car then the police shot the driver multiple times in the chest. What am I missing? Perhaps the perp got out and started running toward the officer. Do they have cams yet? It might be on the squad car video.

No dash cams for HPD. He didn't just hit the police car, he also apparently hit the officer somehow as the officer suffered some type of injury.
