Not going to post 4 permits with all the redactions.    Too much work!  :D

Clarification:

Are you asking for CCW permit options to bypass the in-state failure to issue, or hardware options?

If hardware, that's a lot more work to photograph than redacting only 4 permits!   :D

Ruger LCR 38sp
this will be my go-to ccw since its my smallest handgun and can go with just about anything i'm wearing
so far all I have for it is this pocket holster, but i'll probably get other holsters later for other carry options
I have other ccw options, but they are bigger so I can only use them with certain clothes. being in Hawaii we usually dress casual and light although at times I can wear a light jacket to cover things up.
for now this will be my primary ccw

another option is my Ruger American .45acp with Safariland ALS holster
this is harder to conceal bc its bigger and OWB holster so where I carry this and with what clothes will be limited
or I could get a different holster that would be better for concealment, but this is all I have for this handgun right now

Only thing I have small enough would be a Glock 19, but with the way we dress I'd print hard...

If I were to CC tomorrow, it would likely be my 17 with either RCS or INCOG holster.  Probably not the best CC gun available, but what I have on hand.  I would look into carrying my PPQ, which is marginally smaller than the 17, but I currently only have an OWB holster for it.

If CC were more common (as in easy to get the approval/permit) here, I was planning on going with either a 19 or potentially a Shield.

I used to carry my HK UPS Compact 40 in a leather hip holster.  That was the first gun I bought and carried while living in Washington.  Neither would be my first choice today, but it did well when I used to carry that combination.  Clothing was different in Washington though, with a light jacket or long sleeve shirt being common most of the year.

With the large cell phones today, IDK if printing is that big an issue.  Wearing a 6S Plus in an Otterbox Defender case on my belt, I print more than wearing the G26 or even the P239.  Didn't notice any weird looks from people, even when I was at HPD.  I wear the phone at about 7-8 o'clock same as I would a OWB holster.
