Is the ISSUE DATE for our Driver's Licenses (in HI) on the back of the card?

I saw a number that looks like YEARMMDD and wonderiing. I need to find my issue date.

Its on the front, The date on the back i believe might be a print date, Mine is 6 days after my issue date.
