"Gunbusters" was registered as a trade name on 12/30/16 by Ban Guns. Inc. Gunbusters' mailing address is 1253 S. Beretania St., Ste. 1915.  The name of the agent authorized to receive service of process for Gunbusters is "2A Foundation," 500 Ala Moana Blvd., Ste. 7-429. 

Ban Guns, Inc., was registered as a Hawaii corporation on 4/1/16 and has the same mailing address and Agent as Gunbusters.

On 12/30/16 an application of the use of the trade name  "2A Foundation" was filed but bounced. A temporary trade name of Gun Point Training was assigned to it.  My guess is that the trade name 2A Foundation is already in use as a non-profit foundation and "Gun Point Training" was its second choice.

Gun Point Training has the same mailing address as Gunbusters and Ban Guns, Inc. It's authorized agent for service of process is 2NDC Range Corporation. It's address is [SIC] Suite 309, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813". 

2NDC Range Corporation is a Hawaii corporation with a mailing address of 1154 Fort Street Mall, Suite 309, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.  It was registered on 8/22/13. Its authorized agent is 2ND Nature Defense Concepts Inc. The agent has the same address as Gunbusters, Ban Guns, Inc. and Gun Point Training.

2nd Nature Defense Concepts Inc. is a Hawaii corporation registered on 5/26/13 with a mailing address of 1164 Bishop Street, Suite 124, Unit 315, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.  Its agent's name is DARIN HAITSUKA. Haitsuka's address is the same as 2nd Nature Defense Concepts Inc..

It would appear that someone has gone through great lengths to bury the name of the original registrant of these entities. Just a WAGS.
