does she not realize the vote was UNANIMOUS?

From what I have read, it was 5-4.  But I may be wrong or reading about another decision.

This "Not My President" crap is going to come back and bite them eventually.

I hope in 2024, Trump sues all these fake news outlets and causes them to close shop.

I guess that answers whether Chin was using our tax dollars for his political publicity campaign.

I hope Chin goes away. . .

From an article on West Hawaii Today:

"Suzuki spokeswoman Dana Viola says the department weighed options, evaluated litigation rights and decided dropping the case was in the state’s best interest."

I am still wondering about the logic where anyone in the AG's office felt that the multiple cases were IN the state's best interests.  They were always trying to make a political statement and one that we all have to pay for.  Make a political statement with your own $$$, fine.  Leave me out of it. . .

I watched his speech he gave at his rally toward the end.  He was so passionate about the law suit and so were all the people there.  I wish I could see the look on their faces now.

On Saturday evening, there was a live interview with John Waihee, Sam Slom and Duke Aiona.
Sam made the point that our state fights with the Trump administration, but when the floods come and the volcano erupts, our state goes begging on hands and knees for federal money. It was hilarious.

Can we say Kalifornia? Jerry Brown? It must make ole Jerry cringe when he has to get on his knees to beg trump for money to fight the fires caused in part by his lack of action to clear old brush and dead trees.

Don't forget when that coffee farmer was about to get deported, the news said that Hirono could have asked the head of the dept of homeland for an exception.  But guess who's guy is in that spot.

So due to the unwillingness of our elected lawmakers to work with POTUS, the citizens are now suffering.  Not saying that the coffee farmer would have gotten the exception, but at least he would have had better odds.
