A just-ended, one-year contract with a downtown public relations firm netted the Honolulu Police Department about a dozen training classes for top HPD officials, a departmentwide communications plan and a customized, seven-page “crafting your message” strategy guide.

$106,121 spent on how to be nice to the public and how to coverup bad incidents.  Why not just be nice to people on the streets and do the right thing for free?  They paid money to learn how to do this?

Mention of this Sheehan wahine again.  Guarans she's bucking to be commission head.  Don't know what her motives are.  Who knows maybe she's a 2A supporter and will put Maj. Big Dog in place (yeah right).
My spidey senses tells me she would pick a very liberal anti-2A woman chief similar to the SFPD chief making Big Dog look like an NRA spokesman.   Hope I'm real wrong.

I guess "verbal judo" don't work as they taught?? :D
How else are they going to spend our tax money? You can't just give it away!
Heck, if they want to outsource they should have NRA instructors teach firearms to their recruits.
