Buy tickets in advance or pay at the door?
I could be wrong but I have not heard of paying in advance for this show. You have to go to the ticket window first and buy your tickets and then go to the doors of the show.

Don't forget about paying for parking if you park there :( That you also pay at the booth :P

Ok, thanks. Just wanted to make sure I don't get stuck outside with no ticket.

Nope, I don't park there, walk or bicycle.

We will probably end us buying each others junks! LOL
more than likely.

the shop got 2 tables so they should be ok.  I gotta keep my stuff separate...
That explains how everybody is always buying AK-47s!  There's like four of them total on the whole island, and they just traded back and forth between KK, Bananaclip, et al.  It makes so much sense now!

Haha I knew someone would point that out. I'm in the market for accessories at the moment. Although, if I somehow end up buying a gun, my friends will also be there (albeit later, they're always late) and I can catch a ride home.

I don't see anything wrong with carrying an enclosed container on the bike.

The law doesn't state specifically that it's illegal.

Just you're supposed to go directly to and from a range or repair facility, I think.

Do you need to have a table to sell one gun? or can bring a rifle in and walk around with a for sale sign on it?

I think that practice is called "suitcasing" and my guess is unless you are paying some sort of fee the organizers would give you the boot for doing that.

Hadn't you heard?  We're past the point where anything not specifically prohibited is legal, and we've moved on to where anything not specifically authorized is illegal!  Velcome to the Peoples' Republic, Comrade.

You will have to find someone who is willing to have the gun on the table for you. like consigning it with a shop.

I thought it's supposed to be secured and not easily accessible during transport. Like a car trunk. The back seat of a truck is also acceptable as the bed isn't really secure. I thought a bicycle would be too easy access. Or maybe I'm just wrong, lol.

No, it isn't.  It's quite legal.  The law only states that the gun must be unloaded and enclosed, and specifies where you can be traveling to/from.  It has nothing to say about your mode of travel.
I did an article on this for the Hawaii Rifleman, and have the HPD information officer on record.  Even walking with it is legal, so long as transport laws are observed.

HRS do not say anything about where the gun can be, or how accessible.  It says unloaded and cased.  It can be unloaded and cased in your lap while you drive, although I wouldn't recommend it!

Tom, that would be incorrect, as that can be easily construed as possession.  Throw it somewhere out of arms reach and you would be good.  Your defenses get greater as your vehicle gets smaller, or has no trunk / compartement (i.e. a motorcycle).  But the gun in a case in y our lap unlocked = a ticket to prison.  People seem to have this thing for HPD officers and what they say goes as far as legality. They don't really know the laws more than any of us (I have even had officers call me to ask what is or is not legal in terms of firearms).   You also should look outside of the state when their is ambiguity.  There are lots of court cases where people have had guns within reach, even when they were inside of containers -- and get slammed for having it on them.

I have had Majors at the PD tell me things that were obviously incorrect and not based on any facts.  Hell I was even threatened with arrest if I left with the concealed carry permit application....

I have to renew my long gun permit, and do the pistol class to be ready for the gun show.
