One could argue your religion is wrong and theirs is corrects.  Or there is no religion.  Doesn't work that easy. 

Just look at the comments on their page.  It's a low post count liberal echo chamber.  I have also been banned from KHON acct for some time now.  I also wasn't too right wing, just pointed out their constant liberal bias in EVERY SINGLE STORY they produce....  Also their rampant anti-gun agenda.  It's disturbing. Can't do anything about it though.  Don't really care.  Very much enjoy the high volume of conservative support, and pro-gun support, in other local media outlets such as Stolen Stuff Hawaii, Hawaii News Now, and Civil Beat.

Every person on this site should engage in spreading pro gun facts on all these pages.  It is a great way to get the info out to those who wouldn't know anything otherwise.  You'd be surprised how many are clueless, many think you can just go pick up a gun and use it for self defense, with no problems...  and also how many folks really swing conservative on many issues.

Get these people to vote.  That would be a big win for us, here in Hawaii.

that is likely a higher KHON priority than a citizen's 2A rights because it appeals to so many liberal groups: LGBT, PETA, MAWWS, Cat Society of Oahu, Society of Snowflakes...

One could reasonably argue that their conservative values are tied to their deep religious beliefs and by blocking them they are discriminating them based on their religion.

I'll cheer for any free speech lawsuit filed in this case, just think it probably won't win in America due to how corrupt and vague the courts are.

If I were the judge you would win easily. Respecting the free speech rights of others should not be the sole responsibility of the government, it should also be required of powerful corporations and entities. As you pointed out, religious rights, free speech rights, and discrimination clauses are intertwined and sometimes in conflict with each other. US courts don't offer any consistent resolution to this.

This is not a free speech issue.  It's their page, on facebook, both of which have the privilege to ban what ever they please.  Is it the "right" thing to do? maybe, maybe not, but the government has nothing to do with it, therefore there is no breech of the 1st Amendment.

Similarly, this is definitely an issue, but perhaps not a violation.

Still, laws and society are ever-changing, so if someone is willing to flush some money down the toilet this case might not be a pure waste of time. Who knows? I wouldn't bet on it achieving anything at the present time though. Maybe hundreds of years in the future...

Free speech is dressing up like a p***y, or pretending to be dead, at the state capitol, same as a 2A protest in that place....  If you go into a private, brick and mortar, establishment dressed as a p***y or lie down on the floor,  or maybe even to protest our asinine carry laws,  you'd likely get kicked out.  What's the difference when it comes to Facebook or KHON page. 

I am not agreeing with the decision to censor 2A on there, but it is their privilege to do so.  So, use other methods and venues to voice concern.  It's their loss,  by way of less traffic views and less exposure,  not ours.  You don't see many KHON bumps in FB, and that is not good for their page. It is actually better for them if they allowed the posting, as every reply, like, or dislike would bump their feed.
